Coaching

People often seek coaching when something in their life, work, or sense of direction no longer feels as it once did.

Sometimes there is a clear issue to address. More often there is a feeling that something needs attention, although that feeling may be difficult to describe. A career that was once rewarding may no longer feel meaningful. Long-term goals may seem less important than they once were. Priorities may have shifted without a clear understanding of why.

Coaching offers an opportunity to step back from immediate pressures and examine what is happening more carefully.

My approach is not based on giving advice, prescribing solutions, or telling people what they should do. Instead, coaching provides a structured and reflective conversation through which people can explore their situation, assumptions, values, motivations, and choices.

Many people come to coaching believing they need an answer to a particular problem. Often what emerges is a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationship with that problem.

The aim is not simply to achieve goals but to better understand what those goals mean and why they matter.

Through that process people frequently discover greater clarity, confidence, and freedom in the decisions they make.
